Saif Flags off his Second Production
Among the race of Khans in they industry, Saif Ali Khan seems to be a slow but a steady runner. He might not be mentioned in the top 3 Khans, but he is fairly popular among his fans. He does fewer films but most of them surely hit the gong in the right place. His last performances that were way too impressive are his home production ‘Love Aaj Kal’ and KJo’s ‘Kurbaan.’
Now he is all set to floor his second home production ‘Agent Vinod.’ The film was announced long back but some how it kept on getting delayed. How ever, now the ball seems to be rolling as the internal resources state that by the end of March this year, the shooting of the film would commence in full fling.
The film casts Saif Ali Khan with his lady love Kareena Kapoor. It is written and directed by Sriram Raghavan. Interestingly, initially Kareena did not want to take up the film as she doubted how prominent her role would be. Sriram too seemed to be determined to make an espionage thriller where the focus is not a hot couple, but the action and suspense part. But Saif came in and changed the scene. He convinced Kareena to take up the film and promised her that her presence would be strong enough in the film. Then he talked to Sriram and made some changes in the script.
Now Kareena says that it would be a treat for the audiences to watch this hot reel & real life couple in the flick. Besides ‘Agent Vinod,’ Saif is also enthusiastic for ‘Race 2.
