Directed by national award winning director, Vikram K. Kumar, south Indian actor R. Madhavan, Sachine Khadekar, Neetu Chandra, Poonam Dhillon, and Murli Sharma are the star cast of this supernatural thriller film 13B. Set in an urban setting. It is a story a hard working protagonist, Manohar who is a typical Indian happing married male and shifts to a new apartment 13 B, which is on the 13th floor of the building. Right from the first day after moving into the new house, the women of the house are hooked onto a TV show, a show about a family similar to theirs and how whatever happens on the TV show start happening to Manohar and his family.
